Who Are We?
The Art Studios is a perfect place to come and relax, have some fun with paints and brushed, and create very special personal items. Some you might use everyday, others will be treasured as keepsakes, and perhaps a few will be given away to warm someone’s heart.
Ceramic painting is easy. There isn’t much that can go wrong. Our friendly staff will walk you through the steps of creating one of a kind master piece.
Our selection includes items from mugs and plates, picture frames, banks, home-decor, to special seasonal pieces. The creative process can take a few minute, a couple of hours, or even a few days – that’s why we have an ‘on-hold’ shelve, where you can keep your piece till your next visit.
After you are done, we glaze and fire your artwork. The usual turn around is one week from the day you have finished painting. The items are fully glazed, food save, dishwasher and microwave friendly.
What do you do at the art studios?
You can come alone, in a group of friends or co-workers. We can accommodate anything!
Organized and Special Needs Groups
Groups of girls, boys and teens are always welcome. Meeting on a specific night? We will make sure that we can accommodate you. The Art Studios offers a wide variety of ceramics that will appeal to all age groups. We provide a fun environment your group will love. Light snack are available on the premises. For more information about booking a group party e-mail us at groups@theartstudios.ca It is our goal to make everyone feel welcome. If your group needs special accommodations, let us know. We will try our best to serve your needs. Our staff will be happy to assist you in any way possible. If you would like to plan a group outing, we can book your party during, as well as, outside our drop-in hours.
