KWENIII Overview
LEADS…
KWEN consists of up to 20 members that are committed to building their business through “word-of-mouth” referrals. Everyday throughout the course of regular business dealings, KWEN members are in contact with people that can use your services. It is very easy for those members to recommend your services, helping to set up business opportunities for you. You now have qualified leads to follow up on and it has not cost you any extra time or money. Best of all, these people want to hear about you and your services. Remember, these are warm, qualified leads; no cold calls are necessary!
Each business or professional person in the group is the only one in their category. For example, we have only one immigration lawyer, one window & door person, one financial services expert, one real estate agent, and so on. This maximizes your chances of receiving quality leads with virtually no immediate competition.
LEARNING…
Each week, one of our members profiles their business or a business issue in which they have an interest. Recent topics have included planning for retirement, choosing the best automobile, designing an effective website, and building your employee team.
On the last Friday of each month, we invite a guest speaker to inform us about other topics of interest, and to help keep us motivated and focused on our business goals.
Another aspect of our learning sometimes involves receiving support and feedback from the group. When one of us has a business issue or problem to resolve, we can ask KWEN3 group members to help us sort it out.
FUN…
KWEN is built on strong business members from our community. Everyone in our group is successful because we all take what we do very seriously. Being serious in business doesn’t mean we don’t like to have fun. Actually, quite the opposite. We have loads of fun every week at our breakfast meetings. Outside the breakfasts, we sometimes get together for golf, BBQs, and parties and a whole lot more. We also raise money for worthwhile charities.
So those are the objectives of KWEN3 in a nutshell: LEADS, LEARNING, and FUN. This is your invitation to come out to the Dearborn Restaurant for breakfast on us. Why is this group called “KWEN3”?
Our KWEN 3 group is a few years old and is the offshoot of the original KWEN1 group. Each KWEN group has its own “personality”, dependent on the people who are members at the time. We have changed the time and the location of our group, but have stuck pretty closely to the original KWEN format.
What does a typical meeting look like?
General meeting format: intro, reports from president, treasurer, and social convener, elevator speeches / business updates, lead sharing, speaker (internal or external to the group), and networking. We are always interested in hearing about potential speakers. View our weekly and monthly agendas.
How much does it cost to join?
